# Select/ Multi-select layers

### From Layer panel

#### Multi-select specific layers

#### Select all layers in between:

### From Canvas

#### Using Shift or CMD/ CTRL + Select on the canvas

The Shift and CMD/CTRL key have the same function on the canvas,. When either key is held down, they enable you to add you multiple layers to your selection group.

#### Drag to select

* Click your mouse/ trackpad down somewhere on the artboard, and drag to select all the layers in the drag area.&#x20;
* You can now release the mouse click, and adjust the layers E.g moving them around or bulk-changing their properties
