# Layer transform controls

The bounding box is a border-like indicator that lets you know which layer is currently selected. It also allows us to interact with the layer to move it, scale and resize it, and rotate it.

* To resize, simply drag the bounding box by any of its edges or corners
* To rotate, go to any of the corners of the bounding box and offset your cursor by a few pixels till you see the rotation icon. You can now drag this in a clockwise or anticlockwise direction to create a rotation.
