The bounding box is a border-like indicator that lets you know which layer is currently selected. It also allows us to interact with the layer to move it, scale and resize it, and rotate it.
To resize, simply drag the bounding box by any of its edges or corners
To rotate, go to any of the corners of the bounding box and offset your cursor by a few pixels till you see the rotation icon. You can now drag this in a clockwise or anticlockwise direction to create a rotation.
