Add easing

Transition bar:

You can add easing by selecting a transition, the section between two keyframes, to adjust how the animation eases between these keyframes. The Easing properties will be shown on the right-hand side, where the property panel is.

Motion path:

You can also add easing by selecting a motion path segment, and adjusting the easing on the property panel on the right.
